When Regina arrived at Digital Works in West Union, Ohio, she was looking for quality and flexible employment. Regina already possessed strong customer service skills and telework experience from a past position with an insurance business, and she was looking forward to the opportunities Digital Works could bring her.
“Digital Works is a great opportunity for self-motivated individuals looking for a career in customer service,” shared Regina. “I enjoyed attending classes and the teamwork with classmates. Digital Works is a great opportunity to gain certification in customer service and also a great way to build confidence in the skills you learn.”
After graduating from the Digital Works program, Regina was immediately hired as an agent with LiveOps, with the goal of eventually being hired by Allstate Insurance. Within just a few weeks, Regina met that goal and is doing work she enjoys from the comfort of her home.
Regina, pictured with a red nose, was actively involved in Digital Works’ recent Red Nose Day telethon event, which raised more than $20,000 for charities helping fight childhood poverty.
